Message templates are submitted to WhatsApp for review, a process managed independently of our operations. Typically, templates undergo review within 48 hours, although occasionally, the process may require additional time for approval or rejection.

Text-only templates generally receive swift approval, whereas media-based templates featuring images, videos, or documents often entail a lengthier review process due to manual evaluation.

First create your WApopup account.

  1. Navigate to the left sidebar and click on "Automations".
  2. From the dropdown menu, select "Auto Replies".
  3. Click on the "Add new" button.
  4. In the form that appears:

  5. In the 'Message Trigger Text' field, enter the trigger word that will prompt the auto reply.

In the field below, compose the message you want to send as an auto reply or choose a template from the available options.

On the WApopup Dashboard, you can easily monitor your messaging activity, including the daily limit set by WhatsApp. This limit is prominently displayed in the Messaging Limit box, providing you with a clear indication of how many messages you're allowed to send within a given day according to WhatsApp's guidelines.

By staying within this limit, you ensure compliance with WhatsApp's policies and maintain the integrity of your messaging strategy. Keeping track of your daily messaging limit directly from the WApopup Dashboard allows you to efficiently manage your communication efforts while maximizing engagement with your audience.

  • Once you've added a new member, an invitation email will be automatically created and dispatched to the email address you provided for that member.
  • The member is required to initiate their account creation by clicking the link provided in the email and then follow through with the registration process.
  • Once the email verification process has been completed successfully, the user will be granted access to their shared account.

If the API or phone number is not connected error is displayed, it typically indicates that either your API key has expired or you have entered a temporary API key. Your can generate the API access key in you Meta Dashboard

If you encounter a verification status indicating "Expired" or "Not Verified," follow these steps:

  • Go to "Display Name" and then navigate to "WhatsApp Settings."
  • Locate the "Verify Phone Number" section.
  • Choose either the "Voice Call" or "SMS" method and click on "Verify Phone."
  • If your number is either not verified or expired, you will receive an OTP (One-Time Password) to your registered number.
  • Enter the OTP into the designated field and proceed with the verification process.
